Description
Settlers Beach is a horseshoe of 2 bedroom cottages
spread out over 4 acres of landscaped gardens that
look out onto the tranquil West Coast Caribbean Sea
in the parish of St. James. All the properties share
the same layout and are finished to the same high
standards. The villas are set far
enough apart to ensure privacy and comfort and the
emphasis is on peace and tranquillity. All the
facilities of Holetown are approximately a 10 minute
walk away.

Each cottage villa has 2 air-conditioned bedrooms
and ceiling fans. There is a TV lounge and
a Wireless Internet connection throughout all the
properties in the resort. The living and dining
areas are spacious and there kitchen is well
equipped. The horseshoe of villas surrounds the very
large communal pool and beyond this is the beautiful
beach.
There is a beach bar and restaurant serving
lunchtime snacks, with a more formal restaurant at
the adjacent Sandpiper Hotel, or stroll into
Holetown where there is a great choice of bars and
restaurants.
The Settlers Beach resort is a great choice for
people looking for the comfort, freedom and privacy
of a villa while still taking advantage of
hotel-style services and it is easy to see why the
resort is so popular and has so many returning
guests.
